• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, however for the family rooms it varies according to the number of children.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  On departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and charming.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  There is a Tv, but for the moment no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a public telephone at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is plenty of parking spaces.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Oban, but we can help with it.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a small shop in front, or several supermarkets in Oban, 15 miles far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Glasgow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus passing here, but very rarely (3 times per day), we suggest you to rent a car, or to come by taxi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Oban.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but during the night they have to stay in the room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is also bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
