• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: by arrangement.
  Check-out: before 10.30.
  By arrangement our guests can leave their luggage in the guest house. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included. We offer continental, full Scottish or vegetarian breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Building has 3 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Of course there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are all provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our guest house is completely non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Each room has a colour TV, but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a public payphone in the hall.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, it can be used by arrangement.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  On street parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are lots of car rental companies, just a few steps away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverley station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
