Coming by Plane:
Claremont Cottage is at approx.15 km far from Edinburgh Airport. You can reach us taking the "Airlink" bus shuttle service up to Waverley Bridge. Once there cross Princes Street, take St Andrew Street and reach St Andrews Square where you will have to take bus n.12 up to Claremont Park. At the bus stop cross the road and you will find Claremont Road opposite to you. Otherwise you can reach us by taxi.
Coming by Train:
The nearest railway station is "Waverley" (4 km). From there cross Princes Street, take St Andrew Street and reach St Andrews Square where you will have to take bus n. 12 up to Claremont Park. At the bus stop cross the road and you will find Claremont Road opposite to you.
Coming by Car:
From all directions follow the signs for the City Centre. When you arrive at Princes Street go to the East End and follow the signs for Leith. Once on Princes Street head away from the castle. Veer left into Leith Street (A900 Leith). Continue down Leith Street going straight over at the roundabout - you will pass the Playhouse Theatre on your right. Continue straight on up to Duke Street. Turn right onto Duke Street and drive straight on with Leith Links on your left. Once in Claremont Park you will find Claremont Road on the right hand-side. Take this street and you will find the Claremont Cottage on the left hand-side at number 45. |
