• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 2 pm
  Check-out: before 10 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, full Scottish cooked breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Swedish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and no elevator because of historic status of building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in all rooms, with a selection of satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not in the property, but in our partner fitness club.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, directly outside the hotel (metered Monday - Friday).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Any of the many outlets in Edinburgh (we will give assistance in doing so).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh Airport (8 miles / 12km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Edinburgh Waverley or Haymarket.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a Jacuzzi in some rooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  By arrangement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the elegant Bacchus restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
