  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check and check out times are by arrangement. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, continental breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are two floors and no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all our apartments are very quiet and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Everything is provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, two apartments have a private access to the garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they have not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All the property is non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, each apartment is equipped with a wide screen multichannel TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is no air conditioning.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, each apartment has a fully equipped dining area.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    In each apartment there is a broadband Internet connection.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We do not have parking, but we can however arrange parking for long term guests.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the airport or in many agencies in the city. Just ask at the reception for further information.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Edinburgh Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    On request we can arrange a pick up service (at extra cost).
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Edinburgh Haymarket Station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not. In the vicinity you can find plenty of good restaurants.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, in each apartment there is a broadband internet connection.
