• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, with a suppliment charge for the sofa bed if used.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bookings made for 1 to 3 days have to be paid in full on booking stage. Any bookings longer then 4 days a deposit of 25% has to be made and the balance paid 28 days before the day of arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors in each apartment block, there is an elevator in each apartment block.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have quiet and private rooms available.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, central heating only.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment has its own dining area, there are no communal dining facilities.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. We have free WiFI access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, on site car parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The closest car rental agent is Hertz at Picardy Place.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh International Airport, 8 miles from Canon Court.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?

• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverly Station, 1 mile from Canon Court.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  We welcome guide dogs only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We offer WiFI connection to the internet.
