Very spacious rooms, small bathroom, clean and quiet, close to the bus stop and to Leith Port. Delicious breakfast and lovely landlords!

the en suite was very small and was a tight squeeze to shut the toilet door. the ceiling was collapsing in places. The owner was very polite at all times and the breakfasts were great.

Lovely guest house, fabulous hostess. Just 10 mins from centre of Edinburgh so peaceful at night. Would recommend to a golfer friend because of all the nearby golf centres. Definitely would go back.
