Guests can walk to the city centre in less than 15 minutes, or can choose to take advantage of the frequent local bus service which stops conveniently close to our house. |
 This journey takes less than 5 minutes to transport you to Princes Street and the nearby tourist attractions. If our guests decide to travel to Edinburgh by car, we have ample, safe, off street parking to accommodate their vehicles. Rated 3 star by the Scottish Tourist Board you are assured of a quiet, friendly and comfortable stay in central Edinburgh. |
 Please note our house is completely non smoking for the comfort and convenience of all our guests, but guests wishing to smoke may do so in our landscaped garden. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and with this in mind we have designed and tastefully decorated our rooms accordingly. |
