 11 Belford Place is situated up a private road in the quiet Water of Leith Valley. There is a large garden that guests are invited to use and a parking area in front of the house. This B&B is ideal for business travellers and tourists alike. Lady Sue Kinross, together with her dog Islay, give a warm welcome to all who come to share the relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality of her home. |
 Sue's great interest is all things to do with horses, and she is happy to arrange horse-riding expeditions at Carlops in the Pentland Hills (with advance warning!). The house is quiet and secluded yet only 10-15 minutes walk to Princes Street and the city centre. It is also near the Dean and Modern Art Gallery, Haymarket Station and Murrayfield Stadium. |
