  Yes, each room is equipped with TV with 5 channels. No sat/Tv.

  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Various rental companies in town. If flying in there is one at the airport.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.

  Only well behaved dogs.
