Facilities within the Property

 
Cooked Scottish Breakfast or Continental Breakfast are served in the common dining room. Special Dietary needs can be catered for with advance notice.

Lady Kinross will try and
help guests as much as possible with any questions they may have.
 
There is private car parking at number 11 and our guests are welcome to enjoy the garden.

Sue's great interest is all things to do with horses, and she is happy to
arrange horse-riding expeditions at Carlops in the Pentland Hills (with advance warning!).

There are swimming pools, riding schools, golf clubs, sailing clubs and many other outdoor activities within easy reach. Edinburgh is full of wonderful art galleries, a National Museum, Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street Gardens, Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh Zoo, Edinburgh Dungeon, The Real St Mary's Close, The Vaults, The Britannia berthed at Leith, and many more historic and interesting places. Architecture by the Adam can be seen the New Town,
with the Georgian House
in Charlotte Square a must to visit for every holidaymaker. Murrayfield Stadium is close by and this is where the Rugby Internationals are held, along with a variety of Pop concerts. Restaurants are within walking distance of Belford Place, only 10-15 minutes walk away and the choice is huge, from Scottish to Thai food. The Festival Theatre, Kings Theatre and traverse theatre are all within easy reach.
There are
two cinemas very close by and others nearby. Princes Street, George Street, Rose Street and Thistle Street are full of trendy boutiques and well known shops (Harvey Nichols, John Lewis, Jigsaw, Cruise etc.). All these places are within easy reach by walking or if you prefer by taking a bus or taxi.
