Logie Baird's Bar: Located in the heart of Edinburgh's Royal mile, Logie Baird's is a favourite meeting place for locals and travellers alike. The bar itself takes its name from John Logie Baird (inventor of the Television) and is themed around famous Scotsmen. The bar is renowned for its lively nightlife and friendly staff.

 Food: Dining at Logie's with full Scottish breakfast available all day, every day and a choice of modern Scottish cuisine. Our full Scottish breakfast is included in all rates, and served on the Balcony between 7.30am and 9.30am Monday - Friday and from 8am and 10am at the weekend. Continental breakfast commences 30 minutes prior to these times.

We are happy to recommend the Beluga Canteen Restaurant located on Chambers Street which offers a choice of bar or fine fining menus. Reservations can be made by Concierge in Hotel. We would also like to recommend the Conservatory Restaurant at the Royal Ettrick Hotel in Polwarth.

The Scott Monument Built in the memory of the Scottish writer, Sir Walter Scott, the Scott Monument has an internal spiral staircase of nearly 300 steps. From the top you can enjoy a splendid view of Edinburgh. The monument has 64 niches, each of which houses a statuette of a character from the works of Scott.
Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh Established in 1670 and known locally as the 'Botanics', Scotland's Premier Garden is one of the UK's favourite attractions. Originally founded as a physic garden in Holyrood, the Garden finally settled and developed in Inverleith in 1820. Today the gardens are home to over 6% of all known plants and the garden is acknowledged to be one of the finest in the world.
