• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 12.30pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are quoted per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes a full Scottish breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some of our rooms look over the back of the building over quiet private gardens.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV's with normal channels. We do not have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No. A payphone is provided in the hall.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have a large breakfast room which is available for guest to sit in during the day.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there are several internet cafés within easy reach of us.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have on street parking which is unrestricted.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several car rental agencies close to us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh Airport is 10 kms away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverley station is 1.5 kms away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  We welcome guide dogs only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are several nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
