• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price. We offer also a cooked breakfast (available at an extra charge).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 Floors (three up and two down). No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, We have a Honeymoon suite with a four poster bed and great views.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms are non smoking except for the bar.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but we don't have any international channels or satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No there is no air-conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several places nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverley Station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
