• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm. (It can be at any time if arranged. We ask for an approx. time of arrival as we do not have a receptionist).
  Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the price includes a full Scottish breakfast - continental or any other required.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English - a little French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground and first floor. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We are in a quiet area all rooms are private and the Wallace Suite is our most romantic room.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Everything is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a garden area for the use of the guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Tv in all rooms but no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Not in the room but there is a telephone in the hall.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the town centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh - 12 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverley 1.5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
