• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 9pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full cooked, continental, or vegetarian breakfafast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Central heating is included in the price.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill can be paid on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Serbo-Croat.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor: Reception, Dining/Breakfast room.
  First floor: 2 family rooms, 1 double room.
  Second floor: 3 twin rooms, 1 double room.
  No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms to the back of the house are more quiet than those to the front.
  Front rooms have the panoramic view of Edinburgh skyline.
  Room no. 6 has four poster bed and is recomended for romanticly minded.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens, towels, shower jell, shampoo and soap are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have colour TV, not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free, unrestricted parking awailable on the street.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Information provided on request.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverley Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
