From Edinburgh Airport:
The easiest way is to take a taxi to the Abcorn, which will cost about 17 Pounds. There is also an express bus to Princes St and a bus number 3 or 31 will take you on to Mayfield Gardens. If you are driving from the airport, take the A8 towards the city for one mile, then take the Edinburgh Bypass (A720) for seven miles until you reach the Straiton junction. Take the A701 from there into the city, and we are on that road, three miles from the Straiton junction.
Arriving by car:
Whichever direction you are coming from, take the Edinburgh Bypass (A720) until you reach the Straiton junction. Take the A701 from there into the city, and we are on that road, three miles from the Straiton junction.
By Rail:
Exit from Waverley Station on to Princes Street. Cross over to the shops side of Princes Street, and take buses numbered 3, 31, 69 or 80. Those buses will take you directly to Mayfield Gardens. |
