 Breakfast: Breakfast is served in the dining room, and there is a choice of either traditional Scottish breakfast, Continental breakfast or a variety of dishes on request. Fresh fruit is always available.
Any other special requests will be met if at all possible. We make our guests comfort and relaxation our highest priority!
Parking: Free ample private off road parking is available, which is very useful in a city. |
 Reception: In the hallway there is a wide selection of tourist information, leaflets and maps in order to let you enjoy Edinburgh at its best. The city is very attractive with festivals and special events all year round. For directions or any advice on excursions or restaurants please ask and we will be happy to oblige. Internet access is available: please ask us when you need. |

| The Abbot's House is located in Leith area and offers an excellent base for exploring the Scottish capital. Opposite the hotel there is a beautiful park for jogging. With a short bus ride you can reach the centre of Edinburgh. Visit the Palace of Holyrood, the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Malt Whisky Heritage Centre, Edinburgh Castle, or enjoy a spot of shopping on the amazing Princes Street or the Royal Mile. The Edinburgh Playhouse (theatre) and the UCI multi-screen wide are only 10 minutes drive from us. Portobello Beach is only a mile away, Leith Waterworld and the Royal Commonwealth Pool are also close by. The city offers also numerous pubs where tasting the renowned malt whiskeys and extra-cold beers! |
