 85 Lothian House is a luxury self-catering apartment in very central location 500 metres west of Edinburgh Castle and five minutes walk from Princes Street. It is ideal as a holiday base for business or attending the international conference center nearby. |
The accommodation is best suited for one of two people but can accommodate three or four with the use of a sofa bed. Lets can be weekly, over a long weekend or a working week. |
The minimum length of stay is three nights, except during peak periods. The accommodation was remodeled at the end of 2003 and has been furnished and decorated to an exacting standard to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. |
 The apartment is on the 4th (top) floor of Lothian House and is quietly situated to the back of the building facing southwest. Lothian House is a category 'B' listed art deco building. It is served by lifts and has a residents' swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium with table tennis and laundry room. |
