    Check-in after 2.30pm by arrangement.
    Check-out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

    Weekly Price per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, the apartment is self-catering.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    No, payment must be made 30 days before check-in or on reservation if less than 30 days before arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The apartment is located in the fifth floor and there is elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The apartment is quiet, private and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    We provide them.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, there is no terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, there is no balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    The whole apartment is non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a colour television and video, but no satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is credit card operated phone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No air conditioning.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    The phone has a modem point allowing access to the Internet (using your own laptop).
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is a heated swimming pool in the building, for the private use of the residents of the apartments.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is no private parking, but there is secure parking nearby.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Nearby.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Edinburgh Airport (10 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Edinburgh Waverley Station (15-20 minutes walking).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    A gymnasium, sauna and swimming pool for the private use of the residents of the apartments.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but there are many restaurants close by.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    The phone has a modem point allowing access to the Internet (using your own laptop).
