 The accommodation at Lothian House is modern and very comfortable. The apartment is double-glazed and has gas central heating, and the flooring throughout is solid oak. All of the rooms are quietly situated to the back of Lothian House, facing southwest and overlooking the offices of the 'Exchange' district and towards the Pentland Hills, in the distance. |
The dining area is furnished in glass, leather and chrome with seating for four. The bathroom has bathtub, over bath shower, W.C., basin and shaver point. The apartment is non-smoking. |
 The phone has a modem point allowing access to the Internet, using your own laptop. The sitting room is bright and spacious and is furnished with a black leather suite that includes a large sofa bed and two single 'tub' chairs. There a coal effect gas fire, CD / hi-fi and TV / video. The sitting room also has a desk / workspace and there is a credit card operated phone. |
The kitchen is fully fitted, with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. A kettle, and toaster are also supplied. The apartment block has a laundry for guest use, for a small charge. |
